NiceHash, the Slovenian based crypto mining marketplace, has paid back 60% of the Bitcoin stolen during last December's hack.
NiceHash announced on Twitter that the seventh reimbursement of its repayment program was completed on August 1.
For users involved in the hack when logged on to the dashboard near the bottom is a Repayment Program tab with the balance owed for reimbursement.
The largest problem for NiceHash users is the loss suffered as a result of the hack with the time taken for reimbursement with Bitcoin having been near $20,000 at the time of the loss and the current price of $7000.
Slovenian police continue to investigate the hack but the investigation is complicated as most of the hackers do not reside in Slovenia and used various methods to mask their identities.
